Intro

As the largest province of Pakistan, Punjab has an extensive network of public and private schools, with a cumulative enrollment of almost 25 Million students. The public school system alone, consists of almost 50,000 schools, with more than 375,000 teachers, and almost 12 million students.

The School Education Department, Punjab, relies upon a centralized School Information System (SIS) developed by PITB, to meet its data and process-automation needs – in the field, at schools, and for management reporting.
